Job Summary:
The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the M&E framework and systems of [Your Organization]. Key Responsibilities:

- Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders, including donors.
- Capacity Building: Build the capacity of program staff and partners in M&E principles and practices.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that program data collection and reporting adhere to quality standards and best practices.
- Evaluation: Plan and conduct program evaluations and impact assessments.
- Learning and Adaptation: Promote a culture of learning within the organization by using M&E findings to inform program adaptation and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing M&E systems for international development programs, including familiarity with various M&E methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods.
- Experience in managing and mentoring M&E staff or teams.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee M&E activities within established timelines.
- Experience in conducting training and capacity-building sessions on M&E for program staff and partners.
- Familiarity with donor reporting requirements and experience in preparing high-quality reports for submission to donors.
