Job Description:
 
The Community Mobilizer is reportable to the Project Manager. The following are the main responsibilities of the Community Mobilizer:
1. Mobilize the community and beneficiaries and provide them with awareness regarding the project activities.
2. Support to conduct project-relevant data collection in the project area.
3. Support projects and implement project activities in the community with innovative ideas.
4. Support the team in planning and organizing community awareness and community mobilization sessions.
5. Identification of the most vulnerable families for in-kind assistance as per selection criteria.
6. Engage and mobilize community members in group sessions.
7. Work closely with the community elders and CDC members in selecting the target communities.
8. Conduct awareness training and information campaigns on the field according to the. communities and CDCs member's knowledge levels.
Prepare a work plan and report for all activities.

10.  Build relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and residents to promote social programs. 
 
Job Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of proven experience in the Relevant field.
2. BBA or similar degree.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. This position will be based in Kandahar with frequent travels to the districts.
5. Fluent in English, Pashto, and Dari with excellent speaking and writing skills.
6. Proficient computing skills – word processing, spreadsheet design, and presentations
