(OHA) want to rent eight  cars, in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
·       Start and end of the car operation is managed according to the (OHA) work plan and is not tied up to official time.
·       In case the car is damaged, the owner of the car is responsible to provide (OHA) with another car until the repair of the current car.
·       The owner of the car is responsible for all the costs related to the car such as repair, lubricants fuel etc
·       The owner of the car is responsible for the  salary of the driver.
·       The car should be new and able to operate, in case of accident, the owner of the car is responsible for the costs incurred.
·       The cars will be rented monthly . 
·       The cars will be normally used in Kandahar City, Khakrez,Maiwand,Ghorak,Shorabak,Districts (90-95%) but they can also be used in other districts of Kandahar province when required.
·       he cars will be normally used in Helmand City,Khanashin,Garamser,Dishu,Washer,Districts
(90-95%) but they can also be used in other districts of Helmand province when required
·       The closing date for the offer is 25 June 2023
