1 Project plan and implementation support
Contribute to the livelihood projects, ensuring alignment with the community mission and needs.
3.2 Implementation:
Lead the implementation of livelihood projects, including overseeing field activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and addressing challenges proactively.
3.3 Capacity Building:
Conduct training sessions and workshops to build the capacity of community members, especially vulnerable groups, in livelihood-related skills.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing and learning sessions.
3.4 Monitoring and Evaluation:
Implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks for the projects.
Regularly assess the impact of livelihood interventions and use findings for continuous improvement..
3.5 Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of project activities, beneficiaries, and outcomes.
Prepare regular reports detailing the progress and impact of livelihood.
